Ogura ha debuttato nel Campionato del Mondo Moto3 nel 2019 ed è passato alla Moto2 nel 2021, dove ha conquistato il Campionato del Mondo Moto2 nel 2024. Ogura è pronto a debuttare in MotoGP nel 2025 con Trackhouse Racing, in sella a un'Aprilia RS-GP di serie.
